Ingredients

  • 240 ml water
  • 30 g margerine = 2 large tbsp.
  • 7.5 g salt
  • 450 g strong white bread flour
  • 10 g cinnamon
  • 45 g brown sugar
  • 12 g yeast
  • 175 g raisins

Method

  1. add all ingredients except raisins to breadmaker, in order shown above
  2. setting 5
  3. size medium
  4. add raisins when machine beeps
  5. serve warm/cold/toasted with butter
