- 7.5 g salt
- 450 g strong white bread flour
- 10 g cinnamon
- 45 g brown sugar
- 12 g yeast
- 175 g raisins

- add all ingredients except raisins to breadmaker, in order shown above

- add raisins when machine beeps
- serve warm/cold/toasted with butter
