Boiled eggs with asparagus soldiers

Ingredients

  • 200g asparagus
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • smoked paprika
  • (optional) large handful of spinache

Method

  1. cut off asparagus ends, boil for 3 minutes, drain
  2. (soft) boil eggs for 6 minutes
  3. fry asparagus (and spinache) in a little oil for 3-4 minutes (turning them a few times until tender) with paprika & salt
  4. dunk
