Ingredients
- 200g asparagus
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- smoked paprika
- (optional) large handful of spinache
Method
- cut off asparagus ends, boil for 3 minutes, drain
- (soft) boil eggs for 6 minutes
- fry asparagus (and spinache) in a little oil for 3-4 minutes (turning them a few times until tender) with paprika & salt
