Cheese Omlette

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • seasoning: salt & pepper
  • 70g cheese (~1.5 handfuls)


  1. beat eggs and add seasoning
  2. fry butter gently until melted/frothing in pan
  3. add eggs to pan and fry gently
  4. after a few minutes when eggs starting to solidify at bottom cut eggs in half as best you can
  5. add cheese to one half
  6. fold other half onto cheese
  7. fry gently for a few minutes until bottom is golden brown
  8. optional: flip and fry for another 2 minutes
