Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. butter
- seasoning: salt & pepper
- 70g cheese (~1.5 handfuls)
Method
- beat eggs and add seasoning
- fry butter gently until melted/frothing in pan
- add eggs to pan and fry gently
- after a few minutes when eggs starting to solidify at bottom cut eggs in half as best you can
- add cheese to one half
- fold other half onto cheese
- fry gently for a few minutes until bottom is golden brown
- optional: flip and fry for another 2 minutes
