Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 diced chicken breast
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 large potatoes cubed
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 vegetable stock
  • 2 chicken stock

Method

  1. Fry onion
  2. Add garlic
  3. Add chicken
  4. Add chopped vegetables
  5. Add crumbled stock cubes
  6. Cover with boiling water
  7. Simmer until potatoes soft (Add more seasoning/stock if necessary)
