Ingredients
- 1 orange
- butter (for greasing)
- 100g plain chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 280g caster sugar
- 240ml sunflower oil
- 25g cocaoa powder
- 250g plain flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder

- 200g plain chocolate
- 275ml double cream

Method
- preheat oven 180 deg C
- skewer orange right through, boil for 30 mins until soft
- put whole orange into food processor until smooth
- grease time
- melt chocolate and leave it to cool
- in large bowl, lightly beat eggs, sugar and oil
- gradually beat in orange (disccard any pips)
- stir in cooled chocolate, sift in cocoa, flour & baking powder
- mix well, stir into tin
- bake 55 mins
- melt chocolate into Gamache tin
- bring cream to boil and pour over chocolate
- leave for 2 mins, stir until smooth
- fridge until firm enough to spread
- add peel
