Ingredients

  • 75g self-raising flour
  • 75g porridge oats
  • 75g sugar
  • 75g butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup

Notes

  • Can switch golden syrup for maple syrup or honey.

Method

  1. preheat oven 180*C, line baking tray with grease-proof paper.
  2. melt butter, add sugar, syrup and milk.
  3. beat mix.
  4. add dry ingenients, mix some more.
  5. spoonfuls onto baking tray.
  6. bake in pre-heated oven 10 mins, leave to cool 5 mins.
