Ingredients
- 75g self-raising flour
- 75g porridge oats
- 75g sugar
- 75g butter
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
Notes
- Can switch golden syrup for maple syrup or honey.
Method
- preheat oven 180*C, line baking tray with grease-proof paper.
- melt butter, add sugar, syrup and milk.
- beat mix.
- add dry ingenients, mix some more.
- spoonfuls onto baking tray.
- bake in pre-heated oven 10 mins, leave to cool 5 mins.
