Ingredients
- 150g butter
- 150g white sugar
- 150g light brown sugar
- 2 egegs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2.5 tsp cinammon
- 450g porridge oats
- 175g raisins
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- preheat oven 190 deg C
- cream sugar, white & brown sugar until smooth
- beat in eggs & vanilla until fluffy
- stir in flour, biccarb of soda, cinammon & salt
- stir in oats & raisins
- drop in teaspoons onto ungreased baking tray
- bake 12-14 minutes until golden brown
- cool on wire rack
