Ingredients
- 110g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 200ml milk
- 75ml water
- 50g butter
- lemon
Method
- whisk eggs
- add milk and water
- add flour gradually and mix
- melt butter
- add 2 tbsp for each pancake
- rest on pan, flip etc.
- once cooked add sugar and lemon to taste
