Salmon pasta - creamy

Reheating: Doesn't reheat well due to parmesan and salmon.


  • 300g spaghetti
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150ml tub creme fraiche
  • parmesan cheese
  • fresh chives (optional)
  • frozen peas
  • frozen brocolli


  1. Cook spaghetti with lots of peas and broccoli until soft
  2. Fry frozen onion and garlic
  3. Add most or all of a tub of creme fraiche
  4. Add tablespoon of pasta water
  5. Add chopped up smoked salmon
  6. Grate in some parmesan cheese
  7. Mix together
  8. Add fresh chives if you have them Serve with more parmesan
