Reheating: Doesn't reheat well due to parmesan and salmon.
Ingredients
- 300g spaghetti
- 150g smoked salmon
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150ml tub creme fraiche
- parmesan cheese
- fresh chives (optional)
- frozen peas
- frozen brocolli
Method
- Cook spaghetti with lots of peas and broccoli until soft
- Fry frozen onion and garlic
- Add most or all of a tub of creme fraiche
- Add tablespoon of pasta water
- Add chopped up smoked salmon
- Grate in some parmesan cheese
- Mix together
- Add fresh chives if you have them Serve with more parmesan
