Ingredients
- 300g quorn mince
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 stick celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 400g tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 cube vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp basil
- 200ml red wine
- 300g spaghetti
Method
- Chop and fry onion and garlic 7-8 mins.
- Add chopped celery and carrots 8-10 mins.
- Add herbs, stock, tomoatoes and puree.
- Stir in quorn mince.
- Continue to simmer while boiling pasta ~10 mins.
