Spaghetti bolognase with quorn

Ingredients

  • 300g quorn mince
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stick celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 400g tins chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cube vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 200ml red wine
  • 300g spaghetti

Method

  1. Chop and fry onion and garlic 7-8 mins.
  2. Add chopped celery and carrots 8-10 mins.
  3. Add herbs, stock, tomoatoes and puree.
  4. Stir in quorn mince.
  5. Continue to simmer while boiling pasta ~10 mins.
