Ingredients
- 400g tinned tuna
- 2 * 400g cans of tomatoes
- 250g pasta (dry)
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100g green beans
- 25g bread crumbs
- 50g cheese (cheddar/parmesan)
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp mild chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp hot chilli powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 veg. stockcubes dissolved in 150ml hot water
- salt, pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
- Chop and fry all vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and spices for 1 minute.
- Add tomotoes and vegetable stock.
- Bring to boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Boil pasta.
- Add tuna and pasta to sauce.
- Add all to casserole dish.
- Add breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until topping is golden.
