Tuna Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 cube veg. stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 100g dry pasta
  • 25g cheese
  • 25g butter

Notes

  • Very quick to prepare.

Method

  1. Boil pasta.
  2. Fry all vegetables for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tuna to veg, fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add spices, stock, tomato paste and lemon juice.
  5. Toss pasta in butter.
  6. Add tuna mix to pasta.
  7. Grate cheese on top.
