Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 cube veg. stock
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100g dry pasta
- 25g cheese
- 25g butter
Notes
- Very quick to prepare.
Method
- Boil pasta.
- Fry all vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Add tuna to veg, fry for 1 minute.
- Add spices, stock, tomato paste and lemon juice.
- Toss pasta in butter.
- Add tuna mix to pasta.
- Grate cheese on top.
