Ingredients
- 2 or 3 bramley apples
- 175g self-raising flours
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 75g caster sugar
- 25g butter + 25g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp milk
- 75g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- preheat oven 180 deg C
- mix flour, baking powder, caster sugar, unmelted butter, egg, milk together and beat well
- place in greased tin
- put thinly sliced apples on top and brush with melted butter
- mix sugar and cinammon together and sprinkle on apples
- bake 40-45 mins
